Patrice Horvath has been a  resident in the Los Altos/ Mountain View area for her entire life. She has very strong ties to many parts of our community. Patrice has introduced a new initiative called the Community Caring Program. The goal is to empower positive change with every transaction. Each time a client buys or sells a home, Patrice will donate $1,000 to the charity of her client's choice, making every transaction  an opportunity to give back and build a strong community together.

Below are a few local non-profit organizations that we have worked with and do amazing work in our community.
