Once we know what you want, we will jump into action, scouring the MLS and reaching out to our network of top-producing colleagues to find properties that check the boxes on your wishlist. Between our 3D home tours, videos, incredible photos, and collaborative search tools, you’ll almost feel like you’re visiting the home yourself.
We know not everyone is comfortable buying a property sight unseen. That’s why we’ve added rubber gloves to our white-glove service. Once you’ve found a property you’re serious about, we will arrange an in-person showing for you and up to one other person from your family. Before you arrive, we’ll have disinfected all surfaces, doorknobs, and keys. We’ll have sanitizer on-hand and be wearing a mask and gloves – we will even bring some for you if you need them. After you’ve had time to imagine life in your new home, we will answer your questions and address any concerns.
If you’re ready to make an offer, we’re ready to make it virtual. Whether you’re signing loan documents or sending earnest payments, there’s no need for you to come to the office. Our mobile-optimized app allows us to streamline workflows, and quickly collaborate on reviews and approvals. There’s no need for mountains of paperwork, and we’ll be happy to guide you through your transaction – one line at a time – if you’d like.
When it’s time to sign the final documents, we’ll send a certified notary to you. Our notaries mitigate the risk of contamination by meticulously following the latest safety guidelines from the CDC and our state officials. Once the paperwork is in order, we’ll hand you your keys, and you’ll be ready to call your new home, home!
