A native and lifelong resident of the Los Altos / Mountain View area, Patrice’s knowledge and insight into the area’s towns, neighborhoods, schools, and local history are unparalleled. With over 20 years of experience in high-tech corporate sales in Silicon Valley followed by a 20 year career as a top-producing Realtor®, Patrice knows how to best serve her clients’ needs with strong communication and negotiation skills, proven positioning strategies, and an unwavering commitment to their satisfaction.

 

Patrice brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to every interaction. She realizes that real estate is a relationship business and her clients are like family. She treats them with trust, integrity, and the loyalty they deserve. Patrice is an entrepreneur who knows that to be successful she must produce the results her clients want. She takes her representation responsibilities very seriously and is committed to producing the greatest value for every client.

 

Patrice's negotiation skills are one of the most important traits she provides her clients. Having honed her skills over 30 years, and trained at Harvard Business School in Negotiation Mastery she approaches negotiations from both an analytical view and an intuitive point of view.

 

In 2019, Patrice created Illuminate Properties to give her clients a more personalized level of care. Partnering with the powerful real estate technology firm, Side, she can offer state-of-the-art marketing, technology, administrative, and legal services while keeping her focus directly on meeting her client's needs.

 

Patrice  has strong ties to the community and has given much of her spare time to local non-profit organizations. She was past President of El Camino Hospital Foundation Women's Philanthropic organization, Hope 2 Health, and she currently serves on the Board of Directors of WomenSV. Patrice has a giving back initiative called The Community Caring Program. The goal is to empower positive change with every transaction. Every time a client buys or sells a home, Patrice will donate $1,000 to the non-profit of her client's choice, turning every transaction into an opportunity to build change together in our community.
