Real estate agent Heather Green has never been one to back down from the competition. Her ambition drove her to earn an MBA and then become a full partner at one of Silicon Valley’s top real estate teams, and it still pushes her to be the best professional she can be in one of the most competitive housing markets on the planet. Marketing and project management are among the many skills she mastered as an advertising executive, partnering with some of the biggest brands in the world, including Levi’s, Adidas, and Clorox. Now, she is prepared to take her real estate brand to the next level by sharing her extensive market knowledge and leading clients through the complicated process of building their wealth.

 

Heather was encouraged to get her real estate license by a friend and top-selling agent, but she was passionate about this industry long before when she would spend her free time studying the housing market trends around San Francisco. Then, she focused on achieving the personal goal of purchasing her own home. Next, she moved on to buying, remodeling, and selling properties, culminating in 58 transactions worth over $140 million in sales in 2021 alone. If the real estate agent is her first title, then marketing wizard is her second. She utilizes sophisticated listing techniques to get properties noticed, such as aspirational staging, cinematic-quality videography, and flawless open-house presentation.

 

Heather takes pride in taking the time to deeply understand her clients because if you know who your clients are, you can gain a better appreciation for their needs. A proud mother of two children, Heather stays busy outside of real estate by spending time with her family, running, and playing tennis, which taught her that you don’t necessarily have to be the most talented person on the court to win as long as you’re the most strategic.
