Meet Anna

For the past decade, Anna Abilez has spearheaded her family’s development company. Their business is focused on building high-end homes in the Bay Area, including Atherton, Los Altos, Palo Alto, and Redwood City, California. During this time, she ran several aspects of the company, including sourcing locations, managing real estate transactions on the buying side, and hiring and managing staff to design and build each project.

 

Anna has honed her sense of interior design and understands clients’ desires for their homes. She has a unique perspective of the market. First, Anna looks at an opportunity like a buyer to assess the marketability of land, location, and sales potential. Afterward, she views it as a builder who understands the process and cost-value ratio to plan and build homes. Anna also considers the design and landscape choices that would be saleable, and finally, she prepares to sell. Selling real estate and helping clients find their next or dream home is the natural step forward in her journey.

 

Anna spent her early career marketing for tech companies in Seattle and San Mateo, California. She also worked to plan development events for Stanford University and Castilleja School in Palo Alto, California. Anna grew up in Palo Alto and attended Castilleja School for middle and high schools. She has two children and two stepchildren. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and being active outdoors with her kids and husband. Anna has a bachelor’s degree in English from Whitman College, and she’s also a licensed esthetician and certified yoga teacher.
